Essar Oil Imports Crude, to Export Petrol to Iran

India’s Essar is in talks to sell gasoline to Iran, and has also contracted with Tehran to import 1.6 million barrels of crude per month. This includes 1 million barrels of Iran Heavy and 600,000 barrels of Norouz grades. Essar Oil has options to increase crude imports by 1 million barrels, should it desire.
