NIOC - OOC Develop Kish Oil Field Pipeline

Iran and Oman have agreed to a project to supply 28 McM/day natural gas via pipeline.  Oman's daily consumption of natural gas is roughly 70 McM/day.  Both sides hope to launch production by 2012.  The natural gas would come from Kish Island.
