NIOEC - Malaysian SKSD Establish Joint SKS-PARS

National Iranian Oil Engineering and Construction Company and Malaysian SKSD have established a joint project named SKS-PARS, which will construct the Kadah Refinery in northern Malaysia. It is anticipated to have a capacity of 250,000 barrels per day.
