Nokia Siemens-Irantelecom Transfer of Cell Phone Surveillance Technology

Telecommunications firm Nokia Siemens Network contracted with the Iranian state-owned  Irantelecom.  Facing pressure from the German government to avoid investing  in Iran, Nokia Siermens sold the components involved with the Iranian contract in March of 2009 to Perusa Partners Fund LLP, a German Holding Company.
