Petronas 10 Percent Stake in South Pars Phase 11

The Malaysian state owned company Petronas will maintain its 10 percent control interest in Phase 11 of the South Pars gas field.  In a related move, CNPC has replaced Total SA in exploration, and development of that project.  Total SA previously held a 30% stake in Phase 11.
