Iran Foreign Minister Manouchehr Motakki and Russia's Energy Minister Sergei Schmatko signed a number of deals following the eight Joint Economic Commission held in Tehran from Nov. 30 - Dec. 1. According to the Tehran Times, energy, transportation, communications, banking, and financial MoUs were signed. Russia and Iran also agreed to create a joint oil company.
