description
Selitunnel, an Italian excavation and construction firm, contracted with the Iranian firm Ghaem for the construction of a 17 km water convoy project. The deal also included a transfer of technology and the training of Ghaem employees. The project, contracted in 2003, was completed in 2005. Gham has been named by the U.S. Treasury as a subsidiary of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corp.
