Sri Lanka - Iran, Petroleum Credit, Refinery Upgrade

Iran has extended and interest free loan to Sri Lanka for another year to import Iranian crude.  Sri Lanka imported $1.05 billion of Iranian crude under this framework in 2008.  Iran has also agreed to extend $1.03 billion to help upgrade Sri Lankan refining capacity from 50,000 bpd to 100,000 bpd.
