Turkey-Iran Gas Investment

description

Turkey hopes to decide in two weeks whether to go ahead with a $5.5 billion investment into Iran’s natural gas sector. The project enjoys considerable political support in Ankara and should go forward if feasibility studies of Iran’s South Pars gas field prove to be fruitful. At the present time there is no information on the companies involved nor with whom Turkey would be working with inside Iran.
